Some Island have the ambush spots, you can come the next day if you fail and can try again. To make this a bit easier just craft a Decoy and some Mines:
Since the Maps are randomly generated I can't tell you where the Baseballfield is (Map 1 / Spring) but if you find this you can also get this Chivo. I got the Aluminum Slugger from the Drop after killing the ambush.

I had one ambush that spawned for gnats that were easy to kill and easy to avoid damage from. This popped after I killed all four of them. I didn't even know it was an achievement.

This achievement popped for me when I rail grinded over an ambush point and kept going far away. If you leave quick enough, they respawn but count as defeated. I've noticed on multiple occasions when I've come back to ambush spots I passed by, the loot and chest will be waiting for me.

This is actually easier than it looks like. You probably get this while playing normal through the story.
An Ambush happens when a couple of Hollows spawn right in front of you. After you kill all of the Hollows a chest will always spawn. To make it a breeze use Decoys and hit the Stalker and Fangs with ranged weapons.
