At a certain point your Drake may lose Hitpoints whether it's because they are bored, hungry or don't have enough water. If one of those resources are running out they'll lose constantly HP.
They'll have a red bar above their head.
Walk up to the respective Drake and interact with it with holding

At times your Drakes may get injured. To heal them and unlock the achievement just walk up to one and greet it. An option to heal will be present if the Drake is injured. Click it, some healing green mist is applied and you're good to go. You can tell an injury clearly by seeing a damage bar above their heads when they've been hurt.
