I made my walkthrough video about this achievement
Some tips I should point out:
* Once you get hit, retreat from the room and re-enter. Everything will be reset
* There are 5 waves of attack for each box unlocked. Enemy pattern based on the order of unlocked box but not by the order of their physical locations. So you can plan for the best order you like, not necessary to follow mine.
* Get familiar to demon rats and demon's movement and attack pattern. As you see in the video I lured the rats to attack me first and I can hit them when they stunned.
* Don't panic if you failed. Practice makes you better and better.

You can just wait to complete this room until you acquire the ice pencil, all the enemies in this room are susceptible to freezing.
