This is for attacking one of the NPCs in the village until it changes to an enemy and starts to fight back. You should do this right at the beginning of a fresh game, since you`ll probably get killed.

For this achievement, you must attack one of the NPC characters in town until they become hostile. They will instantly kill you, ending your run, so be sure to do this on a fresh save.
