How to unlock the Hungry hero achievement in Drawngeon: Dungeons of Ink And Paper - Definitive Guide
At first I wasn't sure what the requirements were needed to get this as the picture of the idol makes it look as if it's related to it but it isn't. What you have to do is feed weapons and armour and the like to yourself. So any junk you don't need, just feed to the face in the top left like you do with the mushrooms. First you will have to unlock the ability to do so on the tree in the starting area. It costs 2 points for the ability to eat junk items and another 2 to get the ability to effect your charactes stats when eating them. You only need to unlock the first one for the achievement but the second one really helps the game become easier. You get 1 point every time you level up and I would get these unlocked first. You get health from them as well when you eat them but be careful when doing this though as these items can put some of your stats up or down if you did unlock them both. If you want to get this done fast then simply keep buying arrows from the merchant at the start and feed them to yourself after unlocking the first skill. You need a hundred for the achievement. Both skills are on the left column of the skill tree.
A quick tip would also be to buy the axe or hammer from him as well and feed that to yourself. The axe is cheaper and puts your attack up 1 each time and the hammer costing a tiny bit more can sometimes put it up by 2. You can just keep buying these if you have the money. There are better weapons, armour and items further into the game that better boost your stats but this is handy when just starting the game to beef up your attack. Just put any axe or hammer that you buy or find in chests that you don't need in the characters mouth and you will have over 100 attack in no time that will kill anything with 1 hit.

the glitched on me at 99%, i have tried to reinstall the game, delete local save, delete all saves, tried new characters, tried to eat another 100+ items, nothing seems to work once it is glitched, just a heads up
EDIT: Went back one more time and went and took actual damage then ran away and healed with coins, did this for 75 more HP, not sure if it just isnt tracking or I needed to reset everything but finally popped

To work on this achievement, you will first need to unlock the skill on the skill tree in town to be able to feed items to your hero. You don't need to purchase the second skill which transfers stats from the eaten item to your permanent stats, but it helps. Once you have this skill, eat 100 total items to unlock the achievement. Can simply be 100 gold coins, or any combination of weapons, armor, etc. Move the item from your inventory to the picture of you hero to eat it.
