This is cumulative over playthroughs. There are webs in every level and you press attack (B) to destroy them. If you wanted to get this as fast as possible, start a new playthrough and go into the first house in front of you, destroy the 2 webs and then exit. Start up another playthrough and repeat.

Webs are found all over dungeons, and often block your way from proceeding further. Use a simple melee attack to remove the web, and repeat a total of 20 times to unlock this achievement.
