Simply go on three dates with Robert. No matter how they go, you will unlock this at the end of the third date.
You can actually sleep with Robert during the game's introduction/first day, but I recommend not doing it during your first playthrough. Sleeping with him helps World's Best Dad, as it allows Amanda some independence, which is required for her best ending.
During the third date with Robert, make sure you unlock Let Amanda Say [CENSORED].
