There are many video guides to walk through this game and this trophy is easy to obtain. However I wanted to add a quick warning:
When you exit the toilet make sure you talk to the green girl LAST after all others in the area, then go back to the guard. In my play thru I ended up talking to her first and it glitched the guard, he never progressed the story and I had to erase the game and start over from the beginning. Just go in order and it should work fine.
