The Spawn rate on these is heavily RNG based. I haven't found 2 in the same level during the same run but that might just be me. When I was close to the end, I made a spread sheet with all the potential memories needed by using these links:

Not on list "Burger Hangout" (separate from Burger House) which, when it spawns, is located on the window to the right of the door on the Burger House.

One memory not on the list is "On the Ice" which is by some ice skates at a frozen lake.

Memories are not stored in that exact order but for the most part they are clumped together by the level they are found on. Some memories are named differently in your list compared to his. Not sure if this is due to him playing the Steam version or not. If anyone has any additional input, ideas, or a more condensed site please comment below and I'll add them to the list.
