There are a total of 46 different gifts you can obtain in Dreamscaper.
Gifts are crafted in your house after finding blueprints in overworld locations. These spots are random and denoted by a blue orb. To craft gifts you must collect Inspiration either while in the dungeon or by completing tasks in your Dream Journal. Every item crafted counts, even if it's a repeat, but you must find 45 of the 46 to unlock the achievement
