A cursed keepsake is any one that has both a positive and negative modifier.
Contrary to normal keepsakes, destroying one costs sand instead of rewarding it. The chances of a cursed item dropping increases with dream intensity.
To unlock the Enchantment room you must purchase it for each floor of the dungeon by Daydreaming. The price goes up by 25 points for each floor.
When in the room access the light on the second tier and choose the keepsake with the opposing modifiers to destroy. Find a room while having one equipped 5 total times and remove it to unlock this achievement.

It would be helpful to list the keepsakes that have negative modifiers.
The only one I've found so far is:
Cheat Sheet ( -20% ability cooldown, -10% ability damage)

Also, you don't GET sand for destroying them, you LOSE sand. At least that's how it was for me. It cost 180 sand to destroy the Cheat Sheet.
