This is a difficult, RNG heavy achievement

You can get a companions from enchanted weapon and 10 keepsakes

I will write down a list of keepsakes that can obtain companions
- Security blanket
- Pocket knife
- Rear-view mirror
- Chaos theory
- Election
- Paddle Ball
- Cactus
- Champagne
- Motivational poster
- Old car engine

Should also add that there is an upgrade that you can get that starts you with one as a keepsake automatically

Also apparently the honey keepsake to double companion keepsakes does not count towards the 6.

Contrary to TBK's post, I actually unlocked the achievement when I picked up the honey pot or whatever its called. Had 5 companions and it doubled them. Went pop when I walked in the next room.

Adding on to doomedtolive, I had 3 companions and picked up "honey" and had this pop when I picked the items up.

If you start with 3 keep sakes and can change what a vendor has for sale then this is easily done without honey.

Just got this by picking up an item with the ‘A shield rotates around Cassidy, blocking attacks’ text on it as my 6th, so that one counts too despite not using the word companion!
