Unlike the achievements for beating the game with 3 and 6 intensity, this achievement allows you to skip bosses (except for the final boss, Loss).
I suggest skipping them and running through as quick as you can after you get good gear. If you keep the difficulty for bosses at 1 then Loss is pretty easy using critical extinguishes (see the achievement Elemental for a chart of extinguishes).
I would advise getting this done before you get the last of your friends to their highest level, Kindred (VIII). Once you do that Loss will always have 2 phases, making your job longer and a bit more difficult that it was previously.
This is just a general tip. Unlock VAMPIRE FANGS from the sketchbook at the cafe as soon as you find it. It is by far the best Keepsake in the game. It leeches 3% of the damage you do as health for you. With critical extinguishes you'll refill your health constantly and it'll make most runs a cakewalk.
