Following this guide will net you the "Dream Shepherdess", "Sheep Dreamer", & "Sheep Seeker" achievements related to the sheep and "Find them all" for the postcards. On each screenshot you are looking for the gold cursor arrow to indicate the location of the collectible.
Like many other Artifex Mundi games this one does have multiple points-of-no-return. So you will want to make sure you grab the collectibles (sheep & postcards) on each screen as you get there. For the most part the sheep are on the main screen each time and the postcard will be on a zoomed sub-screen.
Note: There will be screens where a scene or conversation occurs before you can interact with the background/pick up the traces. This is always safe so don't worry.
