Doing story quest with relics collection you will unlock different skills for your ship. One of them is "Haste".
Just use it in one go keeping "burn meter" above 50% for 10 seconds.

The Haste ability is awarded to you after turning in the Key Relic to the Collector and it allows you to overclock your engine to boost through the water at a steady pace. This ability comes with a price though. Overclock long enough to fill the meter and you will break your engine and move unbearably slow. Overuse Haste and you will increase your panic as well.
For this trophy, boost your speed with Haste with the meter between halfway and full for ten seconds without breaking the engine by going over, and you will receive this trophy. Try feathering the square button if you are having any difficulty getting this to work.
