You will need to use the upgraded net you get from the quest to catch all the fish you get from trawling. See the achievement guide for catching the giant squid for more info on how to get the net.
Right when you get to the area throw down some crab pots and you should be able to get the crabs for the area quickly.
The exotic fish for the area is located in the south by the four eyed monster. (You will need the ice plow to be able to get to it)
The rest of the fish you can speed up how quickly you can catch them and avoid searching for fishing spots by using bait which you can buy from the merchant on the floating docks there. Drop the bait anywhere and you’ll be able to get the fish you are missing. Combo bait with atrophy for a higher chance of getting aberrations if you’re going for that achievement.

There are 11 new species of underwater fauna you will need to catch in The Pale Reach for this trophy and will be included in the 78 unique fish varieties that exist throughout the six regions of the game and the open waters in between those areas, if you still need to obtain Master Angler
