How to unlock the Trapped by These Walls achievement in DREDGE - Definitive Guide
Pretty simple, buy bunch of crab pots , throw them near the port of great marrow , get back and check the pots after 2 or 3 days , no need to sell them.
This can be done as soon as you unlock crab pots, pretty early in the game. Get as many or as few pots as you want, select them from the radial wheel using , and to drop them into the water. A tiny crab icon will appear on your map marking the locations of your pots.
Now you can either go explore to kill time, or rest at a dock for a couple days. Head back to your pots. They should have some crabs in them. You can take each crab individually, "take all" which places all the crabs in your cargo but leaves the pot, or "pick up" which places all the crabs and the pot in your cargo.
Naturally, the more pots you have, the more crab you can catch. Pots will break down over time, so just head to the shipwright to get them repaired. Once you reach 100 crabs, the achievement will automatically pop. No need to sell them.

You will be given your first crab pot from the Fishmonger during the first set of pursuits in Greater Marrow, and you can upgrade to better, bigger pots that last longer or buy and/or maintain the pots you already own.
Crab pots are useful to set in waters marked as having "Plenty" of crabs and returning to whenever you have the time. The fauna you catch will always be fresh in the submerged pots but you will stop catching additional livestock once the life of the pot runs out (which ranges from 2 to 8 days based on the pot you use) It only cost ~$7 to $15 dollars to fix the pots up as good as new, so keep dropping your pots and emptying them throughout your time in Dredge and you should receive this trophy soon enough.
