How to unlock the Sated achievement in DREDGE - Definitive Guide

This is the alternate ending, which becomes available at the point you have collected and turned in all of the relics. (The man in the manor should give you the I'm Ready option. Instead, leave and sail to the campsite at P10. There you will meet a person and go through their dialogue. Next, go to Greater Marrow and talk to the Lighthouse Keeper. Then, return to the manor and a new option should appear, which you should follow through on. Then return to the Keeper and state you are ready. Finishing the current objective will pop the achievement.

Note: It is possible to get both endings in a single play-through, as the game does not save when activating either ending. Simply choosing Continue after the credits will bring you to the point before you start either ending.

1. Once you get the "I'm ready" prompt with the Collector don't choose it. Instead, speak with the Lighthouse Keeper at Greater Marrow.
2. Go back to the Collector and there should be another dialogue option, go through those but don't choose "I'm ready".
3. Then go back to the Lighthouse Keeper and there should be an "I'm ready" dialogue option with her.
The "Sated" achievement is the good ending. "Unshackled" is the bad ending.

Just to add, you don't need to go to P10 on the map and speak to the person there. After getting the other ending, "the darker ending", continue the game at the main menu and simply head straight to Greater Marrow and speak to the Lighthouse Keeper. She'll point you to a new spot on the map that ends the game and unlocks the "Good" ending. As previously stated the good and bad ending achievements can be unlocked with one play through.

Good guide, I was afraid I would have to do another playthrough so thanks. My only note is you could be more specific about the dialogue and options you must follow, hide it behind spoiler tags if you're afraid of ruining it for anyone.

Hint: If you leave the Collector and the Lighthouse Keeper has no option for you to continue, go back to the Collector. You need to get something from him first ;)

Ignore Nulled Pixel's post. You absolutely have to go to P10 and talk to the Old Mayor otherwise this won't work.

I will repeat much of the context from Unshackled trophy_gold.png that pertains to the good ending.

Once you turn in the Fourth Relic and throughout the rest your playthorough of the game, you will have an option to ask the Lighthouse Keeper at the Greater Marrow Dock a question about the "Old Mayor" This is your chance to set up the "Good" Ending without even having to finish the final Relic retrieval (if you are speedrunning the game or decided to play through a second time for the other ending and have already finished the Providence trophy_silver.png requirements) This will open up the chance to stumble upon an old castaway at one of the many campfire spots around the map (See Safe Havens trophy_bronze.png for the four campsite docks marked by Crab Pots) Talking with the Old Mayor will give you a massive clue into the darker side of the story and will then give you a second conversation choice when you talk with the Collector next.

If you do talk with the Lighthouse Keeper, find the Old Mayor and then speak with the Collector. This will offer a second conversation option other than "I'm ready" heading into the endgame: "Tell me more about that book of yours." This conversation choice will open up a short dialogue between the fisherman and The Collector and reveal The Collector's true identity if you choose to persist and take the book (You can always choose "Forget It" and the conversation will revert to the beginning again). You will then take the book from the Collector and can decide to still head out with him or bring the book to the Lighthouse Keeper for the good ending.

Once you have the book, return to the Lighthouse Keeper at Great Marrow dock and select "I have the book"

She will then offer to show you the way to carry out your task. When you are ready to see the "good" ending, select "I'm ready" (from the Lighthouse Keeper conversation, not The Collector) This will make you wait until night time.

She will then point the Lighthouse beam in the same general area as the Bad Ending, but the final moments will offer a few differences and will award you this trophy

This is the secret (“good ending”). To obtain it, after collecting four relics, sail to the island south of Devil's Ridge and talk to the old mayor. Next we go to Bolshaya Sol and talk to the lighthouse keeper. Then we go to the collector, we argue with him and take away the book, we return to the caretaker. It will highlight the place where you need to drop the book.

For the “good” ending, during a conversation with the collector, do not give him the watch, and then the dialogue will turn into bickering, as suggested above.
