How to unlock the Fully Tuned achievement in Drive Girls - Definitive Guide

You will need to buy L Gears in the Parts Shop, and fully max out a character using L Gears in the Tuning menu. You need 30 L Gears total to max out a character. Lancier is the cheapest character to max out, and she was the only character that I used for the entire game until platinum.
