To unlock this, all missions (including Campaign and Multiplayer) must be played at least once. You should complete every mission as you go, and when you play your final mission, this will unlock. For the final missions in Multiplayer, always go for the Alpha version of the enemies before taking down the Beta versions, since they are weaker.
