Story related and cannot be missed.

Vyron is the boss in Episode 24. See Lanciers Diary for strategy. Once Vyron is defeated, this is unlocked. Vyron can also be challenged in Mission 4-1 in multiplayer. Vyron is a giant spider-like enemy that likes to shoot projectiles from far away. It's best to challenge this close up, since projectiles can't hit you.
