On free ride, just choose comercial area, go right out of the park, take left on the first traffic light and go straight to reach a big bridge, turn right to take the bridge, on this bridge maximum speed is 65 miles, is more fast reach 3 miles here.
Obs: to see how many miles you travel, just look on the panel of the car, on the right down is a little number, 0.1, 05, 1.0 just need to reach 3.0, after that just crash the car and achievement unlocked!!!

To complete a free drive you need to make it over 3 miles and then crash to end it and get the achievement. For this you need to complete 3 miles in each weather condition. Clear doesn't seem to be needed. Just snow, rain, fog and thunder. You can mix one with night to kill two birds with one stone.
