This is Random Event related and is one hundred percent random. Every four or five waves you'll get a random event (or not at all) where either you'll face a special enemy, have a platforming challenge, or be able to pick up a special power up in the middle of the arena.
The special power up is the Boost, simply roll over it to collect it and unlock the achievement. Just keep playing waves until you get this Event.

A conquista é muito fácil, basta destruir o primeiro chefe e pegar o bosst que ela vai deixar após morrer: conquista desbloqueada.
