For this success / trophies, you simply have to set the driving physics to Pro in the race options and then win a race. The easiest way is to start a race in fast mode and pick a course that suits you. Practically, you can still set the AI difficulty to very easy.

Just wanted to let people know that a Head-to-Head race doesn't count for this. It needs to be a regular race.
