How to unlock the The Collector achievement in DUCATI - 90th Anniversary - Definitive Guide

This success is unlocked at the same time as Welcome to the Court of Kings. The races of the big victories are unlocked with 65 gold coins. Every victory in an event brings you 3 coins, the second place 2 coins and the third place a coin.

I'm well past the point where this should unlock and it hasn't. This game is really something else.

I deleted my save and did it again. It's not so bad if you're just going for this one, since you need 65 medals. Start from the 70s obviously and keep moving to later decades, as the motorcycles are faster, so the rate with which you get medals increases. Also, try doing any Head-to-heads or Track Days first in each decade, as they are far shorter events than the races.
