Get the Dragon Pet weapon in the sewer of the city area. Equip it and defeat another duck. It must be a regular duck and not one in a tournament so this could be missable.

The bird with the pet dragon weapon was the last bird i beat before the final tournament and though i had to restart the game for this achievement. But you can get the achievement after the tournament when you have to beat the final boss. :)
