This one wasn't unlocking for me. What I ended up doing to get it to pop was, I quit the game, went to Saved Data and deleted it. When I loaded the game back up it resynced from the cloud and unlocked.

Just make sure you're always maxing training in each zone before you fight to save you having to upgrade or buy new gear (Or get lucky like me and get a good item on the wheel that carries your for awhile). If you're ever struggling for coins The desert Health training is a pretty simple mini game to do this. You can also play this mini game through the Grand Dojo.
