Buy the watermelon suit from the first shop. Get the watermelon helmet by beating the duck wearing it in front of the forest tournament. Equip both and defeat another duck. It must be a regular duck and not one in a tournament so this could be missable.

Annoying, but this can't be in an arena. This has to be a duck on the street. If you've already beaten all the other ducks, you'll have to restart. I got lucky since I hadn't beaten a couple of random ducks yet.

The police duck in the city area can be used as well, if you havn't done the quest from the gang to beat it
