Achievement Walkthrough:

Warning - This achievement is glitchy and may not unlock if you skip the first shop without buying anything.

I was going for the achievement to have 1000 coins in my inventory, thus I played through the game until the 3rd shop without buying an item from the store. To my surprise, after finally making a purchase in the shop, the achievement did not pop.

I tried to go back to the store I’m the first area to see if that would pop the achievement but that didn’t work either. Now I have actually saved up enough coins and have bought all items from all stores and still no achievement.

There is no way to start a new game. Also, deleting the save data from the Xbox and canceling the Xbox live sync upon game launch still puts me in my last save area strangely.
