I found the following the easiest method.
From the start, shoot the grille and head down. Turn right and jump up onto the box, to the ledge and finally to the RPG. From there run towards the front end of the cinema, firing out the window when you get close enough. Run through the hole into the front room, followed by the foyer. Head up the stairs at the far end, avoiding the explosion, and in the projector room flip the switch, opening the curtains. Shoot a hole in the screen with the RPG, jump down and run through the hole, go left and pick up the Jetpack. Turn round, shoot out the window, and fly onto the bridge with the jetpack. The from there the end is in sight.
This gave me a time of 1 minute 18, with run mode (right stick in) enabled.

A faster variation is to skip the initial RPG detour and run straight for the projector room, then jump on top of the projector machine, which will open a secret door in the room that reveals an RPG. Its the same method but you don't have to waste time at the start.

On the third difficulty (second hardest) there are pig cops at the beginning under the bridge to the end point. Jump on the pig cop's head, back onto a ledge, then onto the bridge. Watch the fastest leader board vids to see how it is done and you can beat the level in just a few seconds.

Thanks. I've just tried this and within like 30 seconds I finished the level without having to retry!

I know its PC, but do the same stuff he does in the video below and you should make it. You don't have to really rush to make it in under 3 minutes. Here is a link to a step-by-step guide to doing it also by Amazon XD: GUIDE
