This method should take about 5 mins or so.

The first thing to bear in mind, your look sensitivity controls how hard you can hit the puck. If you have a sensitivity of 1 you simply can't hit it hard enough to win. For this method I recommend a horizontal sensitivity of 7, vertical can be whatever you like.

Hold your mallet right next to your end of the table, centred on the goal the entire time. You should never move it forward towards your opponent unless the puck has got stuck. Wait for the puck to come towards you and then swipe it with a horizontal movement. You will only be hitting the puck with horizontal movements, never vertical. With a high sensitivity, the horizontal hit will send the puck into the corner and it will come out at a fast speed, hopefully zig-zagging across the table. The CPU is very bad at defending against this, and you'll score fairly often. As soon as you've hit it return to a defending position, with your mallet as far back as it will go.

You'll find that some puck positions will give you more success than others. Generally if its heading towards your goal you should focus on defense, and hit it while it is still mostly in front of your mallet. If it is heading towards the back corner you can experiment, I found I got more goals by waiting until it was almost touching the back wall before hitting it when it was in the corner.

Win at air hockey in the level Duke Nukem's Titty City with a score of 7 - Nil.

Load up 'Duke Nukem's Titty City' from the single player campaign chapter select. If you have not got up to it yet, It's the tenth chapter in from the start.

Duke wakes up in his strip club. After a brief scene in which you are tasked to find three items, you regain control of Duke at the entrance to the club. Head through the door ahead and turn left past the girls girls girls. You will be facing a bar. Make your way towards the opposite side of the room and through the door marked GAME ROOM. Head past the poker and slot machines and follow the steps left. Go through the door frames on the opposite side of the pool tables and there is a guy who will challenge duke to a game of air hockey.

To unlock this achievement you need to score a full seven goals without letting him score. If the guy manages to score a goal you can just exit with X or B and play again to start back at 0 - 0. The scoreboard on the machine will still read your last games scores but it resets every time a new game is started. For those that have not played this air hockey mini game, Its pretty simple physics using your right joystick to control a coloured paddle, trying to hit a puck into your opponents goal while defending your own.

Scoring the Flawless Victory
Hit START and go to Options > Controls. Set Vertical Sensetivity high. This will give you faster movement forwards and back, to hit the puck faster and harder. Set Horizontal Sensitivity low. This will give you slower speed moving left and right, giving more accurate movement. My settings were Vertical Sensitivity at 7 and Horizontal Sensitivity ar 4.

Exit back to the game, and play. Hover around your goals to defend it, and strike out when you have clean hits. The slow side speed gives good defence and the fast thrusts forward give you a good hit. You can easily take shots straight for goal and get them in. The A.I. isn't all that good. You can also aim for the corners to get it in off the rebound. Exit out and jump back in to reset the score back to 0 - 0 and keep going untill you make a flawless victory.

If that was your first time playing air hockey for that campaign you will also recieve an Ego Boost reward for winning a game of air hockey.

I was having little luck with the other guides suggestions and decided to try it this way. Made my victory the very next game.
