How to unlock the FBT achievement in Duke Nukem Forever - Definitive Guide

This can be achived Pretty easy.

When you fight the three tits monster, just wait for her/it to launch the lila blast. If it hits you, you will get knocked down. After that take cover until your Ego refills.

Rinse and Repeat 9 times and you are good to go

You can actually get it sooner than this. On the final part of the lady killer level there is a pig in what looks like a flying saucer and he cock thrust rockets at you. Well after he shoots a few rockets at you, he will charge you and knock you over. Do it 9 more times and its yours.

you can get it from the mother alien I geuss thats who you mean by that monster however when you fight the hovering chair monsters they have a propeller attack that can knock you down. They will launch themselves at you with their blade spinnings this will also do the job

The first and how i find the best chance, is at the start of the game.
All you need to do is to start the first level (with the Cycloid) on the lowest dificulty. If you fighting against the Cycloid you need to get down at about the half of his life(energy), if you have done this, the Cycloid starts to attack you whith a blue energy wave and a body rush attack. Now let him attack you and you will be knocked down with every single attack. Watch now on your ego and do this 10 times and you get the chevo.

I got this in "The Lady Killer Part 3" boss fight, which is a bit after driving the micro car in the casino. When it starts go to the left lounge and stay behind the pillar to avoid shots from the boss. Dont stay too close to the pillar so you don't take damage. Now just wait until he charges you and knocks you down (you sometimes have to walk into him) this wont take long. If you somehow kill him just reload checkpoint.

You can get it in a battle with the queen, just wait until she shoots some kind of energy bolt that will knock you off your feet, it is advisable not to get hit by the paws and shoot the little things that the queen throws.
