How to unlock the Logistician achievement in Dune: Spice Wars - Definitive Guide

I started a offline skirmish mode against one AI. Small map, no worms, no storms, easy locals and low spice contract. 1.5x speed.
After you capture your village you will be to access the developments section.
Hold RT and go the developments on the bottom left. Select it with A and then you have some options. Four boxes containing skill tree type selections.
The one you need to select is the top right for Military development. I just played casually and kept unlocking each one.
You may be able to run this a lot faster if you increase the game speed and focus on this achievement as I was also casually playing while waiting for things to unlock.
