How to unlock the Dungeon Defender achievement in Dungeon Defenders - Definitive Guide

The best way to get this this is to have all level 70's. I prefer 3 because 2 is too little and 4 makes it too hectic. Preferably, have 1 Squire and 2 Huntresses.

Have the Squire put all of his points (Re-spec if needed) into the 4 Tower categories and the rest into Blood Rage. Then use a combination of his Slice 'n Dice's at main choke points, The Bouncer Blockade at minor choke points, Harpoon Turrets at flatland areas and to guard against Wyverns, and Bowling ball turrets to handle the stairs.

Then have the two Huntresses use max out Hero Health, Hero Damage, Hero Summoning Speed, and Piercing Shot. Then put the remaining into Hero Speed (one level 70 can max out 4 full categories with 19 points to spare).

Then continue to use this tactic and gang up on big enemies such as trolls and watch out for healers. This should lead to a fairly simple victory.

For anyone struggling with The Throne Room, I recommend using this strategy:

http://forums.trendyent.com/showthread.php?6737-Have-any-Squ...

I tried all the strategies in all the YouTube videos but for some reason skeletons and sappers still got by and nuked my crystal. This one worked first try.

My stat allocation (lvl 70 squire):
Twr Health: 70
Twr Atk: 70
Twr Range: 70
Twr AtkRate: 49
Hero Health: 40
Maleficar's Rapier: 26 upgrades into Poison for a total 8530

2 Godly pieces maxed out giving an additional +50 TwrHealth (though that was not a proplem at all)

I was good for a Flawless Victory until the boss came out...but still very happy with the results.

A: " you bought the dlc then yes. otherwise no."

Not true, the only maps needed for the achievement is the standard campaign maps and the bonus map (Glitterhelm Caverns), regardless of having the dlc or not.

Complete all levels on Insane. Including Glitterhelm bonus level.

The easiest way to do this would be in a party of 4 with characters over level 50. Try to upgrade your weapons to the best possible stat. A good weapon tends to be one with a elemental attribute attached to it so make the best of weapons with elemental attributes. Your main character should also have their "health","strength" & overall "tower defenses" at a fairly decent levels. I would suggest using a character that is a pure

Also note that with more players the overall enemy count increases drastically, you may want to take the insane attempt alone depending on your play style as it is possible. Suggested level before attempting solo "70".

See Clips of Levels on Insane for assistance.

Completed all levels on Insane! Congratulations Brave Dungeon Defender!

Once you have beaten every Campaign Level, the Bonus Level Glitterhelm Caverns is unlocked. You must beat this bonus level, in addition to all Campaign Levels, on Insane difficulty to unlock this trophy.

Glitterhelm Caverns
Max Defense Units: 165
Starting Mana: 1000
No. of Waves: 7

1. Start by building Bouncing Blockades up in the North, East, and Middle Sections. Follow up with Slice & Dice Blockades in the South and Middle sections. Monsters spawning from the spawn point 2nd from left will normally head towards the Crystal in Middle instead of the Crystal in the West, therefore the Bouncing Blockade protecting the westernmost Crystal isn't required until later as a safety measure.
2. Build the Harpoon Turrets in the North, East, and South. For the western part, build the 3 Harpoon Turrets that are behind the Crystal first, and add the other 2 at a later time. Also build the 2 Bowling Turrets in the middle covering the Slice & Dice Blockade.
3. Further beef up your defenses by adding the Ensnare Auras, Strength Drain Auras, and more Harpoon Turrets.
4. Harpoon Turrets should do most of work eliminating Wyverns. You should pay close attention to where Ogres appear and proceed to eliminate them immediately.
