This achievement is story related and unlocks after Mission 31 - ' The Crystal Drake '.
You need 10 energy on Normal difficult to enter the mission. I was at level 44 and this mission took me less than 1 minute to clear it and get the achievement.
My hero stats before the mission:
When you start the mission just follow the only way around and on the intersection go to the right corner where is the Geonodon's Lair. Inside the lair only the boss awaits you, so beat him fast and grab the cheevo. I just kill him with 3-4 hits, so no strategy needed :)

How did you level up so fast ? I'm on the 27th stage and I'm only lvl 16 !

Before the Updates it was easy to level up fast, after that they made it so slow.
