This is a part of the main quest and can't be missed.
You have to collect the oil from the Sandspring Cavern. Once you come to the objective simply walk up to the oil and hit RB. You'll collect the oil for the ritual and snag 40 gs in the process.

This one is very linear. Enter Sandspring Cavern and proceed through the enemies to reach its far end where you will find a skeleton. The trophy will unlock after you select this skeleton to bottle some oil.
