This is in the main story and can't be missed. This will be the final boss fight in the vault. After you defeat Molochi once he will regenerate and you'll have to beat him one more time. After you do, 70 gs is yours.

This is the second-to-last story trophy and as you can guess it is against the primary boss of the DLC within the Hall of Assembly. This fight may take a little practice but the best advice is to constantly keep moving while unloading as much damage as you can. Learn its visible attack cues to help with your dodging. Take out any summoned enemies that appear then go back to fighting the boss. The trophy will unlock upon its defeat.
