This is achieved by completing all side quests in Glitterdelve and agreeing with the queens request at the end of the main Glitterdelve storyline. You should unlock this at the same time as "Long Live the Queen".

This comes after you have beaten the Warbeast at the end of the mines. When speaking to the queen, make sure to select the nicer options and when the queen asks you, say you will try to spare Jeyne's life. The trophy should then pop.
