I'm bean diving this and wow, this boy is quite a ways into the game! Playing normally (looting & doing a couple side quests) it's going to take me 2 hours or maybe 2.5.

When you reach the end of Mournweald and spot the big tree and collect the ring, the radiant youth will appear as you try to leave.
