This is the "Sacred Meeting" achievement :"You spoke to the Radiant Youth in the Mournweald."

Cannot be missed, story related.

After you have collected the ring at the big tree in Mournweald the boy will appear and after your conversation with him the achievement will unlock.

I'm bean diving this and wow, this boy is quite a ways into the game! Playing normally (looting & doing a couple side quests) it's going to take me 2 hours or maybe 2.5.

Cannot be missed, story related.

When you reach the end of Mournweald and spot the big tree and collect the ring, the radiant youth will appear as you try to leave.
