When you get to the Abbey, stand in the well and spend the 20,000 gold and BAM!

Abuse the save spot nearby if you don't want to waste the gold.

After you reach Abbey of St. Hiram you will see a fountain area in the middle of the area. Stand in the waters of this fountain and wait (a few seconds) until the game asks you if you want to redo your character statistics. It will cost 20,000 gold, which should be pretty easy for you to obtain at this stage of the game. The trophy will unlock once you finish redoing your character stats.
