How to unlock the Lifesaver achievement in Dungeons 3 - Definitive Guide

This level does not allow you to have a Dungeon. Just move slowly as you go, and after each fight make sure your 1 healer heals up your Horde troops (Undead cannot be healed). As you move along, you will find a few Vampires, as well as Banshees. The soldiers you kill with green gas around them will also become undead and will add to your group. Be sure to highlight them so you all move together. Mid way through the map, you will see a book on the left side, be sure to go there as it is a graveyard that will add 3 more Banshees to your team. Collect all books along the way to boost some of your troops as well.

*** This is the crucial part ***

I attempted this a couple times and the boss Elric kept killing my weaker zombies and skeleton archer's with his AOE. Select (Press A on an individual troop) each of your "Zombies" and "Skeleton Archers" one by one and move them backwards out of your main group. Then hold "A" over your main horde and be sure you only select them, and not your weaker undead. Pause and Save the game at this point, then charge. I focused on the mage/apprentice/novice enemies first in the back, then the other trash, then on Elric. He splits into 3 Paladins, so kill the Resurrector first, then the Healer, then the Stunner. You will see a red ring around Elric the Stunner from time to time, that is his AOE. Without your weaker undead with you, you should be able to simply stand there and burn him down, but you can try to move your horde away when you see the ring, then engage again once his AOE goes off.

If you kill everything and the achievement does not pop, simply reload the save and try again. I lost a few lower undead in the earlier fights, so if 3 of my troops died on final fight it would not pop. My final attempt I only lost one troop. You will also have 2 health potions near you for this fight, but I found it best to simply focus on killing mobs.

Gratz on your Achievement!

I followed your guide and it worked wonders on my second run! ^^

I sent all of my zombies and skeleton archers to the first village you destroy to get your 2nd Banshee, that way I can keep an eye out for the patroling heroes.

After every battle, heal up any that can be healed as Wicked did up top and save, every. single. time. You're done with a fight.

The vampires are good troops so take over all of the villages you can find, reload your last save file every time you lose a troop until it's time to cross the first bridge before the graveyard.

Take out the centaur and bears to have a backup potion then wait until you see the patrol walking away to the east (right) then storm the bridge.

After taking them all out go west (left) and enter the graveyard, there you will hear a long dialogue before you get more troops joining you. Heal and then save again then you should take on the patrol, the centaur-and-bear combo guarding the book to the right then go north and take out the last village.

The first book I gave to one of my Banshee's and the emergency potion went to the banshee with less than 50% health.
The 2nd and 3rd books I gave to two vampires and then I sent away all of my zombies and skeletons and gathered my troops in the northern village.

After going back and forward with Tayna to start the cutscene I took her back to my troops and saved the game once again.

At this time I haven't lost a single troop the entire game and followed the strategy TrueWickedone said and took out the healers, the mages, etc, and then focused on the regenerator paladin and the healer paladin.

Do take care to move your troops away every time you see a red circle, micro-management is the key to this battle. If done right you shouldn't have any problems at this point in time.

Just remove the zombies and skeletons early on and you should be good to go as long as you're careful, ignore the 2 potions in the last area though, you don't want the paladin to take your creatures out just because you wanted to go for a drink. ^^"

(Main strategy here, Banned Zombies and Archers from joining the fight altogether and make sure not to lose any troops at all before crossing the bridge, preferably the northern village.)

Thank you so much for the information TrueWickedone, I couldn't have done this without you. :)

This done in the "The Titan of Alphaas" level. You won't have any problems keeping your creatures alive, as long as you manually rotate injured creatures out of the frontlines. The biggest problem you will face is near the end of the level where the level's boss awaits. Complete the level with fewer than 8 losses and the trophy will pop at the end of the level.

The boss at the final level is a Paladin that can split into 3 and has a very powerful area attack which will drop the health of most of your stronger units down to a small sliver. In the same battle area are 2 health potions, which will heal your creatures within a small area of effect. When the Paladin does the area attack and he will, take manual control to walk your troops to surround the health potion before triggering the potion so that as many of your creatures enjoy the healing effect (full heal). Make sure to send a few units to kill the Priestess healers. If you successfully tank the Paladin's area attack once, you will actually win the battle in less than 30 seconds, as long as you bring every single available creature into the final battle.

Obviously the stronger/higher level your creatures the higher likelihood they'll survive fights. Anyway I'd advise making a manual save just outside the boss battle area just in case you mess up.
