I got this with 2 of my creatures killed. This isn't particularly difficult, just head back to the dungeon with your horde and heal up after each encounter. I didn't bother to do this after I researched and employed 3 Nagas . You'll need to destroy one of the good places in order to do the research, so make the nearest one a priority.
Collect the power up books and give them to your most powerful and highly levelled up units.
Make sure to also research More Creatures, I believe mine was around level 8 by the time I had 3 objectives left. Never rush in either, check your army's health status with

. If any of your troops are low on health it's worth quick trip back to your dungeon until you have enough Nagas for healing. Finally, some battles will yeald red potions which can be used to heal your most damaged units.

Not sure what the cutoff is for this. I was able to get this with 3 creatures killed.

This is done in the "Twistram in Ruins" level. Pretty much what it says, don't let more than 3 of your creatures or fighters die. Make sure you rotate heavily injured fighters away (press 
on the creature to select it in the Overworld) from front-line fighting and you'll get this trophy easily.
