In this mission, you control a single unit called The Shadow with the objective of possessing the dark elf Thalya.
In order to not take any damage, you must avoid stepping into all light sources with The Shadow, so be very slow and careful when navigating around the map. Load the previous auto-save if you do take damage.
In two instances you'll come to walls of light, so to get around the first (as The Narrator explains) you just have to possess a nearby guard with
and use them as a vessel to get through.
The second time you have to possess somebody is an archmage who you'll see practice casting a spell. Time your run to avoid the patrolling guards and duck into the small alcove when the last one gets close. Then use the archmage to get past the lights on the left then make your way to the castle (the exclamation mark).
When you enter the castle walls, follow the guard on the left around and slip past him to get to Thalya.

This achievement is really easy. You can hold 
while pressing 
to set up multiple successive objectives/targets, allowing you to quickly create a clear path around obstacles while steering clear of the light pools. You can also use this technique to create paths into hiding spots along beside patrolling units. You don't have to wait for the shadow to get to each individual place you click before telling them where to move next, which makes the whole process much faster. And it makes getting past the lights a total breeze.

Done in the "The Shadow of Absolute Evil" level. In this level, you control the Shadow and need to navigate the level while avoiding the circles of light for the trophy. See the image below for what the circles of light look like (the circles).
Don't step into any circle of light. When you possess a Hero, you can cross circles of light but beware the possession timer. Some Heroes will also patrol the area with torches but it should be easy enough to get past as long as you're patient.
