How to unlock the Night of the Living Dead (on Speed) achievement in Dungeons 3 - Definitive Guide

Got this achievement the other day and it only took about 17-20 minutes to do. Here's an easy order of operations on how to do it.
1.) You should already have a handful of minions. Use your gold to increase your army size from 5 to 7, then hire two orcs.
2.) Grab all your minions plus Thalya and send them to attack the first Good location so you can create an Isle of Evil to unlock more research options. The one directly north of your dungeon entrance is a good target.
3.) After you create an Island of Evil, research Nagas and increase your army size to 10 or so. Buy one Naga, two if you can afford them, and send them to meet with your army on the surface.
4.) Your army should now have Thalya, a bunch of orcs, up to three Naga, and the demons you started with (if they survived). This is more than enough to conquer all three graveyards right away.
5.) Go to each graveyard in turn, stopping along the way to kill any heroes you meet, and trigger the mini-events where Thalya corrupts the graveyards while some dialogue and action happen. While Thalya's doing her thing, your Nagas will heal your army up enough that you can go to the next one immediately after Thalya and the Narrator stop arguing.
6.) Still no number six.
7.) The achievement will unlock as soon as you conquer the last graveyard if you're in time, which shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't drag your feet.

Tips:
-Don't just send your army straight to the sites. Move in small increments, and stop to attack any heroes along the way. Otherwise your guys will walk past them, taking damage and not fighting back until they reach your waypoint.
-You'll face a lot of dwarven gunners. Take out the cannons they drop first. The cannons have very little health but pack a huge punch. Once all the cannons are destroyed, either go for the healers or just let the computer pick your targets.
-Nagas are expensive (500 gold each) but worth it to keep your guys alive. I used to use orcs and goblins for frontliners, but now I just use orcs, Nagas, and maybe a few demons
-Once your army size is 11 or so, just focus on upgrading your minions and/or Thalya through the research menu rather than trying to increase the army size. Quality over quantity. And keep an eye out for tomes to increase regen, armor, and damage, and give those to Thalya and your orcs.

Great strategy! Got it on my 2nd attempt. The only thing to add is to Research Hideout in step 1 in order to spawn the Orcs. Also, when you exit the upper gate within the dungeon, it will place you in the mid upper position of the outside map. The first and closest grave is in the middle of the map. The 2nd grave is west of this one. Both of these are very easy to overtake. The 3rd and last grave is to the north and a whole bunch of enemies will funnel in to hit you from 3 sides. To avoid this, don't try to fight them, keep moving your troops in to the area of the grave and above the grave. Now the enemies can only come in behind you. The majority will turn around, but the few that remain, a good Spell with Meteor shower will take care of them.
The last thing is to ignore the dungeon, if enemies are in the dungeon, don't worry about it as you can overtake all 3 graves before they destroy the heart.

This is done in the "The Ashspring Swamplands" level. In this level you have graveyards scattered around the map which you can have Thalya corrupt to spawn the Undead. There are a total of 3 graveyards marked on the mini-map and you'll need to conquer all 3 in under 25 minutes. Depending on how good you are at this game, you may or may not get this in your 1st try. You won't much difficulty with this as an army size of 7-9 should be more than enough to stay in the Overworld and conquer all 3 Graveyards in one go, especially if you have Naga which can heal allies in combat.
