About 8 minutes into the level, there will be announcement that a captured mags is being transported on the overworld for you to rescue. The route is marked yellow on the map. Defeat the wagon with the bags and achievement will pop. For me the route was from Bowery west corner of map going east a third of the map then south about a third then shortly west to end point. Have your creatures enter the overworld from the northwest exit of your dungeon to get there faster.
In case the route is random, make a save a few minutes into the map in case you get caught off guard far from the route.
