This achievement unlocks at the end of the level, so don't be worried when it doesn't unlock during the mission.
As long as none of the shipments reach the mana shield, you're fine.
Once you have captured the mana tower, the mana shipments will start spawning.
There are 3 waves.
Wave 1 is a single shipment, wave 2 is 2 from two entry points, and wave 3 is a shipment from all 3.
I recommend ensuring that you're dungeon can look after itself while you focus on stopping the shipments.
You're party travels slightly faster than the shipments, but if things are getting dire, use the mana tower to destroy the shipment.

Getting 2 groups of 6 or 7 mobs, and putting them near the NW and SE corners let's you focus on blasting the SW wagon.
As long as you don't leave the dungeon, the wagons never spawn.
