This will come naturally during the course of gameplay by using your arrows, daggers and slingshot from inventory. However, this cannot be done by the Cleric or Magic User. They don't have this equipment available.

This will come naturally as you play the game, i had this by the 2nd level (Road to Dakota or something) and i was playing as the Elf, just press

Warpld
The Pointy Things and Slings challenge involves hitting enemies with arrows, daggers or a sling. This can be done with all characters except the Cleric and the Magic User, it is part of playing the game so this will come naturally. In any case you will unlock this when aiming for Completionist.
