Need four controllers local and complete a game (Arcade at main menu). Leaving three controllers idle made it easy to earn the Monster Mega achievement as well - that one popped for me even though there were no CPU opponents in this game.

Yes, getting four controllers these days in one room is quite an achievement on its own!!!
