This is done by activating the “MEGA” shotpad. To do this, you need to make 4 shots while one of your players in standing on the pad with the “M” on it. After that, with ball in hand, run over the “M” shotpad to make yourself huge. While you are Mega, it makes it easier for you to do everything pretty much.
To dunk, press
+
. I recommend after you’ve scored your first dunk to just try and run your opponents over since you’re so big and you’ll have no problem doing it. Running them over will make them drop the ball, and then you can pick it up and score 2 more times.
You can also do this on any difficulty, so that makes it a lot easier.

I got mine with a four player human game (no CPU opponents) which made this even easier. Thumbs up

Pretty easy. Just shoot and make shots at the M square. Once you made enough shots to fill meter you can step over this and become mega. Then you must dunk 3 times before your mega runs out. To dunk is RT+X. Also helps if you just uppercut the opponent for ball back, Which is also RT+X.
