You'll be able to get this really early on, in the Prologue or beginning of Chapter 1. Whenever you get enough EXP for the first time, just open the Main Menu (press Options) > choose Battle Prep > select Level Up > scroll to whatever attribute you want to upgrade and press
on it, then 
to confirm. Once you upgrade any attribute for the first time, the trophy will pop.
